INSTRAW ICTNet
an e-mail-based discussion regarding gender aspects of information communications technologies (ICTs) -- mostly computers and the Internet. This list is hosted by the U.N. International Research and Training Institute for the Advancement of Women, also known as UN INSTRAW.
Discussions are focused on issues for women in developing countries, although much of the information is applicable for any geographic area where efforts are being undertaken to encourage women's use of ICTs.
