Top choices for each year, from 1992 - 2001

(why not more? because I've lived in Germany since February 2001 and there's just not much twang here... Also, because I'm no longer on Postcard2, my favorite online discussion group re: alternative and real country music, because current priorities won't let me read through more than 100 messages a day anymore; Postcard was how I found out what might be worth listening to. And, finally, I still haven't found a really great, free, online radio station for listening to new alt.country, progressive country, whatever)
